Financial information may be handled through third-party payment processors. We do not store full bank login credentials or crypto private keys in the App.

With Clients

Clients may receive limited information such as first name or business name, professional role or service category, and necessary job-related details.

Clients do not receive your SSN, banking details, or crypto wallet information.

With Service Vendors

Including payment processors, background check services, cloud hosting and IT security partners, analytics and diagnostic tools, and communication platforms.

Vendors are required to use data only to perform services for Royal Oak.

Legal & Safety

We may disclose information to comply with law or lawful requests, protect our rights, partners, and clients, or investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or violations.

Business Transfers

If Royal Oak undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, your information may be transferred.
